FASHION OUTLET KRAKÓW

ATTRACTIVE CATCHMENT WITH MORE THAN 5 MILLION POTENTIAL SHOPPERS

The 90 minutes catchment of Fashion Outlet Kraków has 5.4 million inhabitants and is from Katowice over Kraków to Tarnów. Furthermore, Krakow will be passed by many domestic tourists on the way to Zakopane, the popular holiday destination for mountaineering and skiing.

The Fashion Outlet Kraków benefits from the very good access both by car and public transport. The multilane Aleja Pokoju (national road 776) provides access to the Old Town of Kraków and the city centre as well as from Eastern districts of Kraków, such as Nowa Huta. The underground and on-site car parking offers 1,400 parking spaces.

This creates an additional incentive for customers which can easily find parking. Aleja Pokoju also provides a good infrastructure of public transport, which creates good commuter connections for pedestrian customers accessing the shopping centre.

There is a tram stop located in the direct vicinity of the Fashion Outlet Kraków, serviced by 3 tram lines, i.e. 1, 14 and 22. Tram connections are very frequent. All lines connect the City Centre with eastern suburbs and Nowa Huta district. It is worth mentioning that nearly the half of the Kraków population lives within coverage of the lines passing along Aleja Pokoju.

Improved access via Expressway S7 from Kielce by 2021

The center's impact zone will increase after completing the S7 expressway north of Krakow. It will be the main Polish artery connecting Gdańsk on the Baltic coast through Elbląg, Warsaw, Radom and Kielce with Krakow and further south towards the border with Slovakia. Most sections of this road are to be completed by 2021.
